Our instructors have an infectious, profound love for what they do, and are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Come for fun, un-crowded group classes, private or semi-private (up to 4 people) lessons, or both! Dance and yoga are enjoyable ways to improve both one’s physical and mental health (you don’t even realize you’re exercising!).
