Cheryl Fenner Brown
Beginning, Gentle & Intermediate Yoga
Private Yoga Therapy
Cheryl found yoga in 2001 as a way to ease the pain of
scoliosis. Since then, she has become enchanted with
the subtle connections between the breath, body, mind,
and emotions. Cheryl graduated from Piedmont Yoga
Studio's Advanced Studies Program in 2004 and is
currently undertaking the Integrative Yoga Therapy's
Professional Yoga Therapists program. By blending both
the traditional Hatha philosophy and alignment
principles and the subtle energy work of yoga therapy,
she creates class experiences that take you deep within
yourself to find your own inner voice,. By honoring
where you are in our bodies today, regardless of
physical ability, limitation, or inury, everyone can open
their body and mind to the practice and utilize it as a
way to heal.
